I am pledging to participate in Local Companies That Care, and I am making a commitment to contribute $500 each calendar year ($250 semiannually) to local non-profit organizations serving the City of Saskatoon. If I am unable to attend a meeting, I commit to sending a representative to vote on my behalf by proxy by way of sending a pre-signed cheque or $250 cash. I also acknowledge that photographs and videos taken at events and meetings may include my image and may be used in promotional materials for Local Companies That Care.
